Initiation Festival NYE 2023 – Christian Kerr
Brisbane and Toronto based DJ Christian Kerr is playing for Outra at The Brightside Brisbane this Saturday 8 June.
A prolific selector, Christian has been a well known fixture of the Brisbane and festival scene for around a decade.
The set shared is a recording from my set at Love Camp at Initiation Festival. We did an OUTRA take over one of the nights and it was a lot of fun. This set is a mixture of bouncy tribal tech and techno. The festival itself was such a vibe from start to finish, great way to bring in the New Year and I highly recommend going this year. I am very greatful for the opportunity to play there.
I am really looking forward to this weekend, finally getting to present our next instalment of OUTRA. Events like these take a lot of hard work, coordination, and communication. Having such an amazing team to work with makes all the difference, its an honour and pleasure working alongside such great people like Kathryn and Francesco (Sequence). We all really have the same passion and vision, high quality events with lots of thought put into all aspects of the party, artists, sound, visuals and performers.
