Rabbits On Saturn – Full Moon Mayhem (Sunrise Set)
Veteran producer, vocalist and all around lad, Rabbits On Saturn, is playing a solo show called Dimensions this Saturday night at The Presynct in Nambour, Queensland. He shared a 2024 set from Canberra’s Full Moon Mayhem with Down Under Sound ahead of this one-man-wonder event.
Dimensions is all about exploring different types of genres that have inspired me over the years. There will be a nice long progression through all the flavours that make up the best of electronic music whilst pushing the boundaries of on-the-spot creativity, utilising FX, live vocal looping, resampling and synthesis. It’s a journey to showcase all the styles I love and not doing the same thing as expected. There will be new tracks, unreleased productions I’ve made and a sprinkling of classic tracks I have in my record collection. Come journey through the dimensions of sound with Rabbits On Saturn.

“Dimensions" is a journey through electronic music which will pay homage to the styles and sub genres which have shaped the story of Rabbits on Saturn over the past 30 years.
This is a unique experience for those who wish to explore the deeper side of electronic music and ultimately tell a story using sound and visuals.
Expect a building velocity over the night from ambience to energy whilst incorporating live vocals, loop fx, synths, forgotten tracks and a sprinkling of new and unreleased productions.
This night is all about the positive side of underground culture from which Rabbits was born out of and will focus on reliving old memories and pushing musical creativity as far as possible in a warm and intimate setting where you are free to dream.
